Antique car show held Oct. 11

The Headland Chamber of Commerce will sponsor an Antique Car Show on Saturday, Oct. 11. The show is hosted by New South Cruisers, and the cars will be located on Cleveland Street behind the Headland City Hall.
Registration will be from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. and costs $15. Judging begins at 10 a.m. with the trophies for the 25 top cars given out at 2:30 p.m. There will be a Mayor’s Choice and Chamber’s Choice trophies. The car show is in conjunction with the 37th annual Headland Harvest Day Festival. Arts and crafts, games for children, food and entertainment will be held around the Headland town square during the day.
