Downtown Christmas Festival planned

Applications are being accepted for arts and crafts vendors for the fourth annual Downtown Christmas Festival.
The festival is on Foster Street on Dec. 6 from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. Admission is free. There will be live entertainment all day long, horse and buggy rides, free train rides and a pet fashion show.
