NAACP state conference to be held in Dothan

The Alabama State Conference of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People will hold its 56th annual state convention on Friday, Oct. 17, and Saturday, Oct. 18, in Dothan.
The convention will be held at Greater Beulah Baptist Church on Headland Avenue in Dothan. For more information, contact Ed Vaughn, president, at 792-9373 or 714-4128.
