Foster Fest will be held in downtown Dothan on Friday, June 12, from 6-9 p.m. Street rods, antique cars, muscle cars, imports, low-riders, rat-rods and motorcycles takes place on the second Friday of each month in the parking lot behind the Houston County Courthouse at the corner of East Main and North Foster streets. This month there will be a contest for the person dressed in the best 1950s outfit. Winner gets $50. For information, call 791-7338 or 797-2863.

Movie Night Under the Stars will be held Friday, June 12, at 8:30 p.m. at Georgetown Baptist Church on High Street in Georgetown, Ga. Bring a blanket or lawn chair to this free movie event. Mural Tours will be held each Saturday during June beginning at 10 a.m. Tours are free, last about one hour and begin at the Salute to the Peanut Industry mural located in the parking lot of the Dothan Civic Center. The 2009 Tallahassee Model Railroad Show and Sale hosted by the Big Bend Model Railroad Association will be Saturday, June 20, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the North Florida Fairgrounds, building 4.
