Four Midland City teens charged with burglary, theft

Midland City police investigators arrested four teenagers Tuesday for the burglary and theft of a residence last month. Investigator John Greene said he charged three 16- year-old boys and a 14-year-old boy with a single felony count of third-degree burglary.
Two of the teens also face a felony second-degree theft of property charge and the other two face a misdemeanor theft charge. Greene said they were charged with the burglary and theft from a home on Kelly Street in Midland City on April 12. They were taken to the Southeast Alabama Juvenile Diversion Center.
