Webb woman faces felony forgery charges

Houston County Sheriff’s investigators arrested Vicki Darlene Owens on Tuesday on three felony forgery charges.
According to court records, deputies charged Owens, 42, of Webb, with two counts of second-degree forgery and second-degree possession of a forged instrument.
