Halftime

Florida up 17-10 at halftime.
Very entertaining first 30 minutes.
Florida is starting to assert itself a little more, and has just a bit more momentum going into the locker room.
This one looks like it may go down to the wire.
No doubt Florida can move the ball, but Alabama isn’t backing down.
Florida will get the ball to start the second half.
That could be a big, big series.

One down, three to go

Alabama leads it 10-7 after the first quarter, and looks strong.
The Gators took it in on their first drive and I was wondering if the Tide could hang with them.
Two plays later - a long Julio Jones catch and run, and an 18-yard Glen Coffee touchdown run - and the game was on.
Lot of jawing going on between the players.
Florida is obviously fast, fast, fast.
Alabama is obviously strong, strong, strong.
Long way to go, but Alabama certainly looking good right now taking the fight to them.

The National Anthem has been played.
SEC Legends have been recognized at midfield.
Bart Starr is the one from Alabama. He gets a big cheer.
Al Del Greco is the one from Auburn. He gets booed.
Eric Zeier is from Georgia, and he gets booed too.
Doug Dickey from Tennessee gets booed.
All the ones being booed smile about it.
The captains are out on the field.
Here come the teams.
Let’s rock and roll.

Teams back to the lockerrooms

Both teams have completed warmuups and have headed back to the lockerrooms.
Still more Bama fans in the building right now.
Lineups are being introduced, and the bands will take to the field shortly.
It’s 25 minutes until kickoff.

Tide fans louder right now

More Bama fans in their seats right now to welcome their team.
