Ozark arrests

Ozark Police charged the following with driving under the influence over the weekend:
Christopher Chancey, 33, of kellie drive
Tonya Henderson, 23, of County Road 67
Jamilah Miller, 25, of Harris Road

The following was charged with a felony crime. The person has not been convicted:
Rahman Wells, 34, of Acorn Court, possession of marijuana in the first degree

No changes in Charter

Though the cable company is expected to file a prearranged bankruptcy to consume some of its debt into stocks (I believe that’s how it goes), officials are expecting none of the changes to affect customers. I know this comes as a blow to some Ozark residents who are fed up with the company being the only one in town, as well as the company’s tendency, according to residents, to take advantage of that.
How do you feel about Charter? Is there anyone out there who is pleased with the service?

Theft of Property 2nd – 867 Broad Street (Ozark Peanut & Fertilizer)  unknown suspect removed a Mettler Toledo Digital Scale from the listed business.

Deceased Person – 1212 Skipperville Road – person was found lying unconscious in her bed by her son and was pronounced dead upon officer’s arrival.

Possession of Marihuana 1st/Carrying Pistol Without a Permit – Martin Luther King Jr. Ave.

Theft of Property 3rd – Super Sav – suspect was observed placing a bottle of wine inside his pants then going straight to the bathroom where he consumed the alcohol.

Violation of Protection Order – Wal Mart – person came to victim’s place of employment which is in violation of a court order.

Harassment – Andrews Avenue –suspect drove behind the victim, following her, until she reached Hillcrest Street which caused her to feel threatened and alarmed.

Theft of Property 3rd –North Union Ave. – suspect removed a Huskovnarna Gas Powered Leaf Blower from the side of her front porch.

Criminal Mischief 3rd –Dixie Drive – Vsuspect cut three screens on the north side of victim’s house and one screen on the west side of his house in an obvious attempt to gain entry into the home.

Unlawful Possession of Marihuana 2nd/DUI – Peacock Parkway @ Faust avenue –

Possession of Drug Paraphernalia – Fairwood Circle
