Harassment –Andrews Avenue – suspect came to the victim’s workplace and stared at her through the glass to annoy and harass her.
Criminal Trespass 3rd – Carroll High School Parking Lot – suspect graduated from the listed school last year and was observed on school property without permission.
Menacing –Briarhill Court – suspect pointed small pistol at victim.
Theft of Property 3rd – Shell Food Mart – suspect pumped $79.03 worth of gasoline into his vehicle and left without paying.
Theft of Property 3rd – Carroll Avenue – suspect picked up victim’s cellular phone and left the residence with the phone.
Theft of Property 2nd/Criminal Trespass 3rd –Martin Street – suspect came onto victim’s property without permission and removed some lawn equipment from underneath victim’s carport.
Menacing/Assault 3rd – Off of Highway 27 – suspect was giving victim a ride when the suspect struck victim several times on various parts of her body and kicked her in the head then attempted to rape the victim.
Theft of Property 2nd – Quality Inn – suspect was observed loading 5 “Lifetime” tables and 13 Chairs into the back of a truck with a camper shell and left with the listed location.
Resisting Arrest – Hull Street – suspect was being placed under arrest for driving under the influence of alcohol and pulled away and attempted to run from officer when this officer used the “armbar” technique to detain him.
Theft of Property 2nd – South US Highway 231 (Kangaroo) – suspect pumped $598.36 worth of diesel fuel into an 18-wheeler and left without paying.
Criminal Mischief 3rd –Hull Street – suspect broke the screen off the side of victim’s house.

The following crimes/incidents were reported to the Ozark Police Department between Friday and Monday:
Harassment –Hillcrest Street – suspect yelled obscenities at the victim as she crossed the street.
Burglary 3rd/Theft of Property 2nd –County Road 344 – suspect unlawfully entered victim’s unsecured, detached garage and left with a 2007 Yamaha Motorcycle and helmet.
Domestic Dispute – South Highway 231 – couple argued over personal matters.
Criminal Mischief 2nd – Steagall Park – suspect damaged the roll up door to the concession stand in an attempt to gain entry and steal merchandise.
Leaving the Scene of an Accident – Car Quest Parking Lot – suspect drove a vehicle that backed into the side of a wrecker owned by CMJ Automotive then left the scene.
Theft of Property 3rd – Glenn’s Automotive – suspect removed the tag off of his vehicle while it was at listed location being repaired.
Theft of Property 3rd – Inland #620 – suspect pumped $37.20 worth of gasoline into his vehicle and left without paying.
Harassment – Carroll High School –suspects were observed on video tape surrounding the victim and striking him with open hands while on school grounds.
Harassing Communications – suspect called victim’s cellular phone making threats to damage victim’s vehicle.
Interference with Custody of a Child – Enterprise Road – suspect refused to exchange child visitation at police headquarters and at the listed location as specified in a court order.
Interference with Custody of a Child –Private Road 1331 –avoided contact with the victim preventing her from making child custody exchange.
Harassment – Harris Road – suspect became irate and began threatening the victim verbally and physically.
Domestic Assault 3rd –Don Circle
Juvenile Beyond Control –Don Circle –suspect became involved in a verbal argument over jewelry the victim was wearing and then left the residence without permission.
Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia – Hwy 231 Deese Road– Suspect was stopped for speeding and appeared intoxicated so after failing a field sobriety test, suspect had 3 glass pipes used to smoke drugs in her purse and 3 small plastic baggies with drug residue.
Criminal Mischief 3rd – Periwinkle Lane – suspect shattered the right rear window of victim’s van while it sat in victim’s driveway.
Domestic Harassment – Riley’s trailer park
Theft of Property 3rd – Dollar General –suspect was observed concealing store merchandise on his person and leaving the store without paying.
Domestic Harassment/Criminal Mischief 3rd
Robbery 1st – 226 Emma Avenue– suspect brandished a handgun from the front side of his pants and demanded victim’s money while pointing the gun at victim.
Giving False Information to LEA – Emma Avenue – suspect reported that he had been robbed at gunpoint in the amount of $510.00 and it was later determined that suspect had lied about the entire incident.
Domestic Dispute –Dixie Drive – couple argued over personal matters.
Theft of Property 3rd –E. Roy Parker Road (HOBO Pantry) – suspect pumped $14.23 worth of gasoline into his vehicle and left without paying.
Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle –Pine Avenue – suspect was told he could not use victim’s vehicle due to suspect drinking and he grabbed the car keys and drove off with the vehicle anyway.
Domestic Assault 3rd –Blossom Drive
Criminal Mischief 3rd –Periwinkle Lane – suspect let the air out of two of victim’s vehicle tires.
Possession of Forged Instrument 1st – Pizza Hut – suspect gained possession of victim’s personal check by unknown means and forged it at listed location in the amount of $101.49.
Criminal Mischief 3rd – Thompkins Early Childhood Center –suspect used an unknown object to scratch area of victim’s vehicle.
Theft of Property 3rd – Super Sav – suspect was observed on video surveillance taking a family pack of steaks and sticking them under his shirt then walking out of the store without making a purchase.
Criminal Mischief 2nd/Criminal Trespass 3rd –Will Logan Road – suspect came to victim’s residence without permission and knocked over her 2002 Motorcycle causing damage to the right side of the motorcycle and her helmet.
Domestic Harassment –Oak Hill Drive

A Dothan man was charged early Sunday with several counts of burglary after an undercover Dale County Sheriff’s Department investigation, according to the department.
A press release said Dothan resident Albert Christopher Walker, 21, was charged with six counts of burglary in the third degree and one count of possession of burglary tools.
According to the release, Walker was charged while in the process of breaking into the Petro gas station in Grimes.
His arrest was the result of several complaints of burglaries in the Grimes area, according to the release.

Two people have been charged during at least the second sting in the past few years of a massage parlor in Ozark.
Haeng Sun Graham, 48, of Columbus, Ga., and Jung Ran Choi, 41, of Norcross, Ga., were both charged with promoting prostitution at King’s Spa, between Ozark and Newton, according to the Dale County Sheriff’s Office.
The spa is located in Ozark on U.S. Highway 231 but in Newton’s jurisdiction.
According to a press release from the sheriff’s office, an undercover officer made an offer to conduct a sexual act for money at the parlor before deputies and officers rushed into the business.
Both Graham and Choi were placed in the Dale County Jail under $6,000 bond each, according to the press release.
