The following crimes/incidents were reported to the Ozark Police Department on Thursday:
Theft of Property 3rd/Criminal Trespass 3rd – James Street (Ozark Parks & Recreation) - unknown suspect came onto the park property without permission and stole three 5 gallon gas cans, four 1.5 gallon gas cans and fuel.
Assault 3rd –Newton Avenue – suspect threw bricks at the victim striking him on the inside of his left forearm.
Possession of Forged Instrument 1st – Carroll High School – suspect used a counterfeit twenty dollar bill to pay for lunch at the school.
Theft of Lost Property 2nd – Dollar Tree – suspect accidentally left her black wallet on the counter at listed location and when she returned, the wallet was turned over to the victim by the store manager.
Domestic Assault 3rd –Williams Drive – suspect struck victim with a closed fist causing a cut to her right eye, several bruises on her body and then handed her a shotgun and asked her to kill him then beat her face and torso with his fists when she refused.
Harassment – Carroll High School – suspect has been following victim around for the past several years and harassing her and calling her names.
Criminal Trespass 3rd –Logan Road –suspect came onto property without permission and was demanding to be taken somewhere to get something (possibly drugs) and appeared to be heavily intoxicated.
Criminal Trespass 1st –Parker Drive – suspect has entered the residence through a window in the front of the residence while the victim was out of town.
Domestic Harassment –Floyd Avenue – suspects were arguing over house rules and suspect became irate and threw objects.
Criminal Trespass 3rd –Crystal Drive – victim noticed a vehicle back into driveway and turn off the lights so returned to the address and upon questioning the suspect, suspect fled the area.
Theft of Property 3rd –Grandview Street –suspect removed victim’s license plate from her vehicle.
Domestic Harassment – Highway 123 South– suspect was yelling and throwing furniture at victim.

Dale County Sheriff’s investigators charged two with possession of marijuana, controlled substance and drug paraphernalia on Friday.
Eric P. Landrum, 25, and Ciara N. Morales, 21, both of Ozark, were charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana in the second degree, and possession of drug paraphernalia, according to a press release from the Dale County Sheriff’s Office.
Wiregrass Violent Crime / Drug Task Force and the Daleville Special Response Team assisted the department with a search warrant at Ozark Villas Apartment on East Andrews Avenue, according to the press release.
Each suspect was transported to the Dale County Jail on $13,000 bond.

The following crime/incidents were reported to the Ozark Police Department Tuesday and Wednesday:
Domestic Dispute – King Avenue –two argued over personal matters.
Theft of Property 3rd – Inland –unknown suspect pumped $56.96 worth of gasoline in his vehicle and left without paying.
Theft of Property 3rd/Criminal Mischief 3rd –Logan Road – suspect broke open a lock box at listed address, obtained the house key and entered the listed residence.
Criminal Mischief 3rd – Hudson Circle – suspect egged residence.
Harassing Communications – Mr. D’s RV Park – suspect called victim’s cellular phone several times to annoy and harass him.
Domestic Harassment – suspect struck the victim with an open hand.
Criminal Mischief 3rd – Colliers – suspect was dumping trash into the dumpster behind the listed business and broke out a side window which caused an alarm to activate.
Animal Neglect/Animal Cruelty –South Street – two horses that were observed to be malnourished
Criminal Mischief 3rd –Boykin Avenue – suspect damaged a bedroom screen on her residence by unknown means.
Domestic Dispute – US Highway 231 – two argued over personal matters.
Harassing Communications – Dixie Drive – suspect continues to call victim just to harass and annoy her after being told to stop.
Harassment –Eagle Way – suspect was sent to the office due to being in violation of the school’s dress code and while in the office made a action of lunging over the victim’s desk towards the victim.
Burglary 3rd/Theft of Property 3rd –Eagle Way – suspect forced entry into the Field House at Carroll High School Football Stadium and removed a lawn mower, gas cans and battery cables.
Allowing Vicious Dos to Run at Large –Dean Church Road – suspects allow their dog to keep coming into victim’s yard and eating the victim’s cat food and acts aggressive towards the victim.
Theft of Property 3rd – Beeline BP – suspect pumped $34.99 worth of gasoline into his vehicle then left without paying.
Theft of Property 3rd – HOBO Pantry – suspect pumped $56.55 worth of gasoline into his vehicle and left without paying.
Criminal Trespass 3rd – Moss Circle – suspect drove onto victim’s property without permission and was observed taking pictures of her home and property.
Domestic Dispute – Bland Drive – two argued over personal matters.
Theft of Property 3rd/Criminal Trespass 3rd –Judson Drive – suspect is her landlord and has been unlawfully entering her residence and removing items that does not belong to him, in lieu of overdue rent.
Burglary 3rd/Theft of Property 1st/Criminal Mischief 3rd – Campground Road –suspect came onto victim’s property and broke out the bedroom window, entered the residence, took the car keys then left the residence on the victim’s vehicle without the victim’s permission.
Theft of Property 3rd – Wal Mart – suspect was observed concealing store items on his person and left without paying.
Theft of Property 2nd/Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle – Boykin Avenue – victim loaned his vehicle to an unknown suspect in exchange for a $10 crack rock and the suspect then refused to return the vehicle but once the vehicle was recovered, victim’s wallet, cell phone and laptop computer were missing from the vehicle.
Harassment – Quality Inn – suspect kept calling the victim at the front desk, asking her to come to his room and have a drink with him, then after she refused, suspect stated he was going to come to the front desk and have a drink with her.
Domestic Harassment –Harris Road – suspect (Kenneth Reynolds) asked to enter the victim’s residence and when victim refused, suspect broke out the window, shattering glass everywhere.
Criminal Mischief 3rd – Harris Road – suspect came to the listed residence, which is owned by Mikie Walding, and caused damage to the window at the apartment.
Domestic Dispute –Martin Luther King – two argued over personal matters.

The following crimes/incidents were reported to the Ozark Police Department between Monday and Tuesday
Harassment –Eagle Way – suspect touched the victim
Resisting Arrest – Newton Avenue – Suspect was being placed under arrest for outstanding warrants out of Brundidge and ran into her residence, locking the door, and was eventually removed from the residence and arrested.
Theft of Property 3rd – Ozark – Victim suspect obtained victim’s check by unknown means and forged victim’s signature and deposited it into an account.
Theft of Lost Property 3rd – Pizza Hut – victim left purse at listed location by accident and upon returning, the purse and contents were gone.
Possession of Forged Instrument 1st – Arbys Restaurant –suspect came through the drive thru and attempted to pay for his food using a counterfeit twenty dollar bill.
