Charges could come after fatal wreck

Authorities are reviewing reports to determine whether alcohol was involved in a fatal wreck in Dale County.
The Alabama State Troopers said Angela Krystal Piasecki, 24, of Dothan was killed in the accident on County Road 20, near Newton, this weekend.

Piasecki was a passenger in a vehicle driven by Adam Matthew Brockett, 26, of Ozark. Brockett was injured in the accident and taken to a local hospital.

Dale County Coroner Woody Hilboldt said Piasecki was killed after the truck left the road at a high rate of speed. Piasecki was pronounced dead around 5:20 a.m.
