No changes in Charter

Though the cable company is expected to file a prearranged bankruptcy to consume some of its debt into stocks (I believe that’s how it goes), officials are expecting none of the changes to affect customers. I know this comes as a blow to some Ozark residents who are fed up with the company being the only one in town, as well as the company’s tendency, according to residents, to take advantage of that.
How do you feel about Charter? Is there anyone out there who is pleased with the service?

Charter Communications is PITIFUL!!!!!! I’ve tried to call at times when our cable would go out and they have NO LOCAL phone number, you talk to someone not even in the area, what’s up with that???? We just noticed our cable bill has gone up,is this to cover their bankrupcy proceedings???? We need another cable company in Ozark!!!!!!!

I Have lived in Ozark now only a couple Years and have loved this Area. As For the Cable Company there service is less than desired. I Have had many problems since i started with Charter and know if they don’t make changes to improve service
Many of the folks living in my Neighborhood has said they will change to Sat. Dishes. Over 50% have already changed in This Neighborhood.

We were customers of Charter for years. But finally fed up with the regular price increase. Service was not good. Switched to dish, lots cheaper.
