Ozark Police reports

The following crimes/incidents were reported to the Ozark Police Department over the weekend. Information provided by OPD.
Harassing Communications –Ruby Street – suspect continuously calls to harass and annoy her after being ask to stop.
Burglary 3rd/Theft of Property 2nd –Boutwell Court –suspect gained entry into his residence by remove a screen from a rear window then once inside the suspect removed money, jewelry and medications.
Unlawful Breaking & Entering of a Vehicle/Theft of Property 2nd – Walding Court – suspect entered his unsecured vehicle and took a camera, assorted CD’s, an X Box Game and assorted currency.
Criminal Mischief 3rd –Claybank Avenue –suspect used an unknown object to damage the passenger side door mirror to his vehicle.
Violation of Alabama Family Protection Act
– Criminal Trespass 2nd – Highway 123 South – suspect previously served a letter banning him fro victim’s property and remained on the property without permission.
Martin Street – suspect shoved the victim stating that he would leave in the morning after a verbal argument involving rent due.
Minor in Possession/Consumption of Alcohol – County Road 573 – Suspect was a passenger in a vehicle that was stopped while leaving a field property at listed location and had been consuming alcoholic beverages and was underage.
Unlawful Breaking and Entering of a Vehicle/Theft of Property 3rd – East Eufaula Street – suspect entered victim’s unsecured vehicle and removed a microwave oven.
Theft of Property 1st/Criminal Mischief 2nd –Fair Avenue – suspect was observed leaving the victim’s driveway in victim’s vehicle without permission, backed into a light pole then proceeded on to Comer Field where the suspect got out of the vehicle and fled into the woods.
Minor in Consumption of Alcohol – County Road 573 – suspect was observed at a field party consuming alcoholic beverages and is under the legal age to drink.
(5) Minor in Possession/Consumption of Alcohol – County Road 573 – Suspect was stopped at the listed location where a field party was being held and was observed to be under the influence of alcohol and under the legal drinking age.
Burglary 3rd/Theft of Property 3rd –Autrey Circle –uspect forced entry into her residence through a back door then removed a Sharp DVD Player and Wolfgang Electric Griddle.
Unlawful Breaking & Entering of a Vehicle –South Union Avenue – suspect came onto victim’s property and entered victim’s unsecured 1999 Chevrolet vehicle and moved items around.
Unlawful Breaking & Entering of a Vehicle –South Union Avenue – suspect came onto victim’s property and entered victim’s unsecured 1995 BMW and moved items around.
Unlawful Breaking & Entering of a Vehicle –Patterson Drive, Apt#B – suspect entered the victim’s unsecured vehicle and plundered through it.
Cruelty to Animals/Discharging Firearm Inside City Limits -Mixon School Road –suspect shot and killed the victim’s canine while it was inside the victim’s fenced in back yard of her residence.
Unlawful Breaking & Entering of a Vehicle/Theft of Property 3rd –Eufaula Street – suspect entered her unsecured vehicle and took about $10.00 in various coins.
Theft of Property 3rd – HOBO Pantry – suspect pumped $20.09 worth of fuel into his vehicle and left without paying.
Unlawful Breaking & Entering of a Vehicle/Theft of Property 2nd – Newton Avenue – suspect entered victim’s unsecured vehicle and forcibly removed a radio from the dashboard, destroying the dashboard.
Criminal Trespass 3rd – East College Street – suspect came onto the victim’s property and took a political sign.
Possession of Marijuana 1st – Little Al’s (Roy Parker Road) – suspect was observed standing next to her vehicle, after officer had been dispatched to the suspect’s vehicle for possible narcotics, and upon searching, suspect had a plastic bag containing marihuana sitting on the driver’s side floorboard and also a plastic bag containing marihuana in the zipper portion of her purse.
Sept. 20, 2008 – Sat. – 19:30 hrs. – Juvenile Beyond Control – 110 Sanford Place – Victim (Taundra Taylor) stated suspect bowed up at the victim then left the residence without permission.
Domestic Assault 2nd – Willa Circle – suspect (Eureka Johnson) stabbed the victim in the hand during an argument then ran away.
Domestic Dispute –Meadowlake Drive
Unlawful Breaking & Entering of a Vehicle/Theft of Property 3rd – North Highway 231 –suspect gained entry into his unsecured vehicle and removed a Garmin BPS unit from the back seat.
Domestic Dispute Jasmine Hills
Criminal Trespass 3rd –Leatherwood Court – suspect kicked on victim’s back door and moved her dog from the house to the side yard without the victim’s permission.
Accidental Damage – HOBO Pantry – suspect was operating a vehicle owned by Southeaster Food Merchandisers and accidentally struck the corner section of the roof on the store causing damage to the structure.
