Ozark Police Reports

The following incidents/crimes were reported to the Ozark Police Department between Monday and Thursday.
Animal Complaint/Cruelty to Animals –Martin Luther King Drive – suspect living at listed address has moved and left a dog tied up with no food, water or shelter.
Vicious Animal Running at Large –Hawridge Road – multiple calls about a tan colored pit bull dog that was running the neighborhood viciously.
Vicious Animal Running at Large –Cypress Lane –multiple calls about two vicious dogs running loose and trying to bite people.
Theft of Property 2nd – Dykes Automotive – suspect removed four catalytic converters from the business without permission.
Theft of Property 3rd – Midtown Plaza (Cato Store) – suspect was observed with a dress hanging out of suspect’s purse and tore the alarm sensor off of the item.
Theft of Property 3rd – Inland – suspect pumped $36.75 worth of gasoline into his vehicle and left without paying.
Unlawful Possession of Forged Instrument 2nd – Sonic – suspect used a counterfeit twenty dollar bill to purchase food items then left the business but returned and paid the business $18.00.
Unlawful Possession of Forged Instrument 2nd (2 cts) – Sonic – suspect passed a counterfeit twenty dollar bill at listed business while attempting to purchase food items.
Domestic Assault 3rd –Saxon Lane – suspect grabbed victim by the throat and began choking victim.
Theft of Property 3rd –Forest Haven – suspect used an unknown object to Assault 2nd – West Parker Street – suspect fled from the victim and when victim grabbed suspect to handcuffed him, suspect struck this officer on the right side of his face with an unknown object.
Domestic Assault 3rd –Magnolia Street –suspect scratched the victim’s right side of her face during a physical altercation.
Domestic Harassment –Andrews Avenue –suspect pushed victim then smacked victim in the face.
