Midland City Police charged the following with felony crimes. None of them have been convicted. Information received from the Dale County Jail.
June 1 – Tiajuana Horne, 30, of identity theft in the first degree.

The Dale County Sheriff’s Office charged the following with felony crimes. None of them have been convicted. Information received from the Dale County Jail.
May 31 – Marcus Founty, 21, of Chinook Street in Daleville, trafficking cocaine

Ozark Police charged the following with felony crimes. None of them have been convicted. Information received the Dale County Jail.
June 1 – Anthony Williams, 29, possession of marijuana in the first degree

Dale County law enforcement agencies charged the following with driving under the influence between Saturday, May 31, and Thursday, May 5.
