Separate vigils to be held for J.B. and Tracie Hawlett. First to be held at 5 p.m. Friday on Herring Avenue with V.O.C.A.L. Troy King expected to speak. Next to be held at 6 p.m. Friday with Tracie Hawlett’s family.
