Eleanor Outlaw appointed Dale revenue commissioner

Gov. Bob Riley appointed Eleanor Outlaw as revenue commissioner, filling the vacant seat of the late Tommy Lavender.
Outlaw had served as deputy revenue commissioner and has about 20 years of experience.
