Monday OPD reports

The following crimes/incidents were reported to Ozark Police Department on Monday:

Theft of Property 3rd – The Jameson Inn – suspect stole victim’s Samsung cellular phone from his room.

Harassing Communications – Judson Drive – suspect keeps calling victim and harassing her at all hours after being told to stop calling and texting.

Theft of Property 3rd/Criminal Trespass 3rd – Dogwood Circle – suspect came onto victim’s property and removed his pressure washer from underneath his carport.

Criminal Mischief 3rd – Arrowhead Apartments –suspects scratched the right front fender of victim’s vehicle.

Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card – John D. Seifert Drive – suspect made a purchase with her debit card in the amount of $69.00 which caused an overdraft to her account.

Theft of Property 3rd – HOBO Pantry – suspect pumped $28.83 worth of gasoline into her vehicle and all her credit cards were declined and she failed to produce the money to pay for the gasoline.

Resisting Arrest/Giving False Name to LEA – HOBO Pantry –  suspect was being placed under arrest for theft of property 3rd when she became uncooperative by refusing to give her name or ID then gave a false name then pulled away from this officer in an attempt to keep from being arrested.

HOBO Pantry – suspect was being placed under arrest for theft of property 3rd when she grabbed this officer’s arm and dug her fingernails into his right arm causing minor injuries.

Theft of Property 3rd – Walmart – suspect was observed taking numerous store items and concealing on her person with the intent to commit a theft.

Assault 3rd – Willa Street – suspect approached the victim with a .25 caliber pistol in his right hand then struck the victim on the right side of his face and then took the victim’s walking stick, broke it in half and struck the victim across the face with the stick.

Harassment – Elpis Avenue – suspect has been walking around the victim’s home and taunting her for the sole purpose of harassing her.

Criminal Mischief 3rd – Noah Circle – suspect used a sharp object to peel paint off her vehicle.

Harassment – Harris Road – suspect approached the victim making threats on victim’s life and had an unknown type pistol in his hand.
