Monday Ozark arrest reports

The following crimes/incidents were reported to Ozark Police Department on Monday. Information provided by Ozark Police Department:
Unlawful Breaking & Entering of a Vehicle – Harris Road – suspect got possession of victim’s car keys by unknown means and once inside the victim’s vehicle they trashed the vehicle.
Leaving the Scene of an Accident – Waffle King Parking Lot – suspect damaged the victim’s parked 18-wheeler then left without notifying anyone.
Domestic Harassment
Theft of Property 3rd – Inland #620 – suspect pumped $25.00 worth of gasoline into his vehicle and left without paying.
Burglary 3rd/Theft of Property 2nd – Blossom Drive – suspect entered victim’s residence while she was away and removed several electronics from the residence and a riding lawn mower from the yard.
Possession of Forged Instrument 2nd (+5 counts) - suspect took several checks belonging to the victim while the suspect was staying at victim’s residence and wrote a check to the listed business in the amount of $42.91.
Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card (+25 counts) – suspect used victim’s debit card without permission
Possession of Forged Instrument 1st – Super Sav – suspect passed a counterfeit $100.00 bill at the listed location and after further investigation it revealed that the suspect received the bill from the Commercial Bank in Ozark.
Theft of Property 3rd –suspect pumped $31.63 worth of gasoline into his vehicle and left without paying.
Theft of Property 3rd – 459 Sharon Lane – suspect took victim’s NEXT BMX bicycle from the victim’s front yard.
Assault 3rd – North Highway 123 – suspect struck the victim in the face causing a black eye and damage to six of the victim’s teeth.
Burglary 3rd/Theft of Property 2nd – Mixon School Road – suspect entered victim’s unsecured residence and removed a cellular phone and several prescription medications.
Discharging a Duty Weapon – Bermuda Street – officer said he responded to a call where a deer had been struck by a vehicle and discharged one shot to the deer to put it out of its misery.
