The following crimes/incidents were reported to Ozark Police Department on Monday and early Tuesday. Information provided by Ozark Police Department:

Ozark Arrest Reports for Monday

Harassing Communications – Briarhill Court – suspect telephoned victim and made threats to her over the phone.

Theft of Property 3rd –Andrews Avenue (Wig City) – suspect was observed walking through the store filling her purse with store items.

Criminal Mischief 3rd – Arrowhead Apartments – suspect tore a Charter Communications junction box from the wall at Building “G” which damaged the box and cables.

Theft of Property 3rd – HOBO Pantry – suspect pumped $29.01 worth of gasoline in her vehicle and left without paying.

Harassing Communications – South Union Avenue – suspect repeatedly called the victim and sent profane messages after being told to stop calling.

Theft of Property 3rd – Video Warehouse – suspect attempted to leave the store with a DVD that had not been purchased and was placed under arrest.

Criminal Mischief 3rd –  South Union Avenue – suspect broke the front passenger side window on victim’s vehicle.

Harassment –King Avenue – suspect pushed her with great force which caused her to fall to the ground.

Criminal Trespass 1st – Lot#7 Wagon Wheel Trailer Park – suspect entered her unsecured residence without permission while victim was inside and fled the house when victim entered the den.

Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd – Walker Road @ Campground Road- suspect was a passenger in a vehicle that was stopped for speeding and when contact was made the suspect he had two clear plastic bags of marihuana in his front left pants pocket.

Domestic Harassment - 208 Hillcrest Drive – suspect pushed her and threw her over a table while directing abusive and profane language towards the victim.

Tuesday
Sexual Abuse 1st – Deese Road – suspect was giving victim a ride home from work when he began touching her inappropriately and making sexual comments to her despite the fact she was telling him to stop.

Ozark police charged the following person with a felony crime. The person has not been convicted:
Oscar Stuckey, 36, of Boykin Street, Unlawful Possession of Crack Cocaine
