William Brooks, 34, of Ozark was charged in January with multiple counts of theft and burglary after he allegedly sneaked into construction sites and stole material, which he allegedly stored in a personal storage unit. On Thursday, Dale County Circuit Judge P.B. McLauchlin sentenced Brooks to 123 months in prison, which Dale County District Attorney Kirke Adams said was the maximum for the crimes.
