Ozark Police/Arrest reports

The following crimes/incidents were reported to Ozark Police Department on Monday. Information provided by Ozark Police Department.

Criminal Mischief 3rd/Criminal Trespass 1st – Maple Court – suspect forcibly entered victim’s garage without permission causing damage to the glass and molding on the door.

Harassing Communications – Newton Avenue – suspect keeps calling victim’s phone making verbal threats about her and her children and has been told numerous times to quit calling.

Domestic Dispute

Criminal Mischief 3rd – Depot Lane – Suspects were caught by police in the abandoned train station and had spray- painted the back of the building.

Theft of Property 3rd – Wal Mart – suspect was observed placing store items into a diaper bag and was stopped by Lost Prevention officer (complainant) and arrested.

Criminal Trespass 3rd/Harassing Communications – Hudson Circle – suspect continues to come by his house, refusing to leave, and continues to call him for the purpose of annoying him.
