Weekend OPD reports

The following crimes/incidents were reported to Ozark Police Department over the weekend. Information provided by OPD:
Saturday:
Filing False Police Report – Walmart parking Lot - suspect called the police and reported that she was struck by a car in the parking lot but surveillance cameras revealed that she had made a false report.
Thursday:
Burglary 3rd/Theft of Property 3rd /Receiving Stolen Property 2nd – Community Drive – suspect unlawfully entered the “Anointed Hands Beauty Salon” through a back window and once inside the suspect took numerous items and damaged the back door.
Assault 3rd – 1112 Andrews Avenue – suspect palmed the victim’s head and pushed it into a metal first aid station which caused injury to the victim’s head.
Harassing Communications – West County Road 36 – suspect called victim and threatened to come to his house and hill him and his wife.
Theft of Property 3rd – Gunter Street – suspect removed the 2010 decal from the victim’s license plate on his truck.
Suicide – Wysteria Way – victim was found hanging by her neck under a carport in the back yard.
Criminal Mischief 3rd – 183 Community Drive – suspect damaged a wooden door and miscellaneous products during a burglary.
Theft of Property 3rd – Andrews Avenue (CVS Pharmacy) – suspect was observed placing store items into his pant’s pocket and exiting the store without paying.
Juvenile Beyond Control – Crystal Drive
Criminal Mischief 3rd – Carroll High School – while victim’s vehicle was parked at the school, unknown suspect used a sharp object to scratch the trunk area of her vehicle.
Domestic Assault 3rd – \Hull Street – suspect struck victim in the mouth with his hand causing her to fall to the ground and suspect then stumped on her body causing bruises.
Harassing Communications – Campground Road – suspect continues to E-Mail the victim to harass and annoy him.
Harassment – 140 Redd Street – suspect threatened to harm the victim and victim’s daughter.
Friday:
Criminal Mischief 3rd – Colliers – suspect keyed the left side of his parked truck causing damage to the paint job.
Harassing Communications – WalMart – susepects keep calling victim on his cellular phone after being told to stop.
Unlawful Possession of Forged Instrument 2nd – Grocery Outlet – suspect took a check from the victim’s residence and forged it for $31.25 at listed location.
Theft of Property 2nd – Campground Road – suspect removed medication from the victim’s residence.
Illegal Use of a Debit Card – WalMart – suspect used victim’s debit card without permission to withdraw $301.75 from her account.
Illegal Use of a Debit Card – Wachovia Bank – suspect used victim’s debit card without permission to withdraw $200.00 from her account.
Illegal Use of a Debit Card – Wachovia Bank – suspect used victim’s debit card without permission to withdraw $40.00 from her account.

Domestic Dispute
Assault 3rd/Criminal Mischief 3rd – Jasmine Hills Apartments – suspect cursed at victim then punched victim several times, breaking victim’s glasses.
Theft of Property 2nd – Alltel Store – suspect placed a dummy phone into the box and left the store with an Alltel LG Phone.
Theft of Property 2nd – Verizon Wireless Store – suspect placed a Verizon phone into his pant’s pocket and was questioned outside where the phone was recovered.
Domestic Dispute – Martin Street
Robbery 3rd/Theft of Property 3rd – Harris Road – suspects struck him all over his body then took his money out of his right rear pocket and fled the scene.
Theft of Property 3rd – Boykin Avenue – suspect was observed coming out of victim’s shed with two sets of Hedge Clippers.
Criminal Trespass 1st – Will Logan Road – suspect entered her residence through an unlocked door and was told to stay away from her residence.
Harassment – Newton Avenue – suspects began knocking on the victim’s window and was yelling and making threats towards the victim.

Saturday:
Giving False Information to LEA – AG Plex Arena – suspect was standing by the woodline at listed location and upon performing a field interview with the suspect, suspect gave a false name, date of birth and social security number due to having an outstanding warrant on suspect.
Harassing Communications – South Hwy 123 – suspect calls victim repeatedly after being told to stop and makes threats of bodily harm.
Assault 3rd – Reymax Apartments – suspect struck the victim in the face with an open hand causing minor injury.
Theft of Lost Property 3rd – Grocery Outlet – suspect removed a pack of cigarettes from the victim’s buggy.

Theft of Property 3rd – Fast Stop – suspect pumped $15.00 worth of gasoline into his vehicle and left without paying.
Theft of Property 3rd – Walmart – suspect and juvenile subject were observed removing items from the shelves and placing them in their purses and leaving the store without paying.
Sunday:
Animal Cruelty – Camilla Avenue – suspect abandoned a dog in a fenced back yard with no food or water and was visibly suffering from malnutrition.

Harassment – Garland Avenue – suspects placed potatos in the tail pipe of victim’s vehicle to harass her.
Criminal Mischief 3rd – Quail Hollow Drive – suspect caused damage to both of her mailboxes.
Harassment – WalMart – suspect approached the victim making an accusation about her deceased husband which was offending to the victim.
Domestic Dispute
Unlawful Breaking & Entering of a Vehicle – Walter Hand Ford – suspect forcibly entered a tool box on the shop tow truck.
Criminal Mischief 3rd/Burglary 3rd – Walter Hand Ford – suspect forcibly entered the business and pried open a tool box and it is unknown at this time if any tools are missing.
Burglary 3rd/Theft of Property 1st – AB Stubbs Road – suspect entered her residence by opening an unsecured window and once inside removed numerous jewelry items and medications.
Leaving the Scene of an Accident – 380 Eufaula Street – Victim (William Armstrong) stated suspect (Michael Woodham) was observed crashing into victim’s GMC Trailer and looked intoxicated and after stating something victim could not understand, suspect took off.

Harassing Communications – Emma Avenue – suspect has been calling victim after being told to stop.
Domestic Harassment – Highland Avenue
Menacing with a Gun – Highland Avenue – suspect followed victim and produced a shotgun from the vehicle then left.
Criminal Mischief 3rd – Boykin Avenue – suspect cut the sidewalls of victim’s two tires on her vehicle.
Harassing Communications – B1 Lakes & Acres Trailer park – suspect calls victim making threats towards her.

Theft of Property 3rd – Briarhill Court – suspect came into victim’s yard and took a puppy that belonged to the victim.
Criminal Use of Pepper Spray – Andrews Avenue – victim stated three white males drove up in the parking lot of Burger King and sprayed victim in the face with pepper spray.

Monday:
Theft of Property 2nd – Oben Everett Park – suspect removed a bottle containing 58 Lorcet pills from victim’s vehicle.

Theft of Property 3rd – Walter Hand Ford – suspect forcibly entered the listed business and while inside took a long list of tools that belonged to the victim.
Theft of Property 3rd – Hardees – suspect went into the store safe and removed the cash bag which contained $275.00 in US Currency.
Unlawful Breaking & Entering of a Vehicle/Theft of Property 2nd - West Reynolds Street – suspect entered victim’s unsecured vehicle and removed a wallet, books and miscellaneous items.
Missing Juvenile – Northwood Drive – suspect left the residence to go to a friend’s house and has failed to be contacted since.
Theft of Property 2nd – US Hwy 231 – suspect came onto victim’s property and removed a 7x16’ Utility Trailer without permission.
Criminal Mischief 3rd – Joseph Drive – suspect “keyed” the passenger side of victim’s vehicle.
Theft of Property 3rd – Walmart – suspect was being placed under arrest for a theft from Verizon Wireless Store when officer found merchandise in a Verizon bag that was previously stolen from Wal Mart.
Burglary 3rd/Criminal Mischief 3rd – County Road 104 – suspect used an unknown object to gain entry through the back door of the listed residence which caused damage to the wood door frame and the metal door lock but nothing appeared missing.
Burglary 3rd/Theft of Property 1st – County Road 13 – suspect forced entry with a pry bar through the patio door and upon entering the suspect took three televisions and a Smith & Wesson .32 firearm.

Theft of Property 2nd – WalMart – suspect took her pocket book containing two credit cards then left the store with the victim’s property.
