The Dothan Area Botanical Gardens will hold its annual plant sale on Friday, March 27, and Saturday, March 28, at the gardens on Headland Avenue in Dothan.
Friday is a pre-sale event from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. for members of the botanical gardens. Members who pay $10 will have first pick of the plants and also hors d’oeuvres and drinks. Nonmembers can join the botanical gardens for $35.
Saturday’s sale is open to the public from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. There is no charge on Saturday.
The event will offer a wide array of plants — several varieties of azaleas in bloom, perennials, herbs, shrubs, flowering vines, shade and aquatic plants and a huge selection of hydrangeas.
