A Fall FURfest will be held later this month to help raise money for Felines Under Rescue, or FUR.
The outdoor festival includes antiques, collectibles, art, homemade and homegrown items, a cake auction, face painting and antique appraisals. The event will be Saturday, Oct. 17, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on the grounds of Cottage Antiques and Arbor Antiques at 2187 S. Brannon Stand Road in Dothan.
Vendor space is available for $10 for individuals and businesses. Call 792-8804 or 702-3343. In case of inclement weather, FURfest will be rescheduled for Oct. 24.
Felines Under Rescue is a nonprofit trap-neuter-return program that works to sterilize feral and stray cats.
