Landmark Park will give visitors a chance to meet the park’s snakes face to face on Nov. 8 at 4 p.m.
Amber and Chainsaw, Landmark Park’s two corn snakes, will be featured at the program as well Indy, an Eastern Indigo snake. Visitors will learn why these Alabama reptiles are so important to the environment.
The feeding program is free with paid gate admission and is held the second Sunday of each month. Daily park admission is $4 for adults, $3 for kids ages 4-15, and free for children 3 and under and park members.
Landmark Park, home of the Alabama Agricultural Museum, is a 100-acre historical and natural science park located on U.S. Highway 431 North in Dothan. For more information, contact the park at 794-3452.
