Ridgecrest Baptist Church, 1971 Deese Road, Ozark, will hold a fish fry on Saturday, Nov. 8, from 11 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. in the fellowship hall. Carry-out plates will consist of fish, slaw, baked beans, hush puppies and pound cake and will cost $5. Patterson Street Freewill Baptist Church, Dothan, will host A Walk of Faith on Saturday, Nov. 22, from 10 a.m. until noon. The walk will begin at Food Depot and will end at the First Baptist Church on West Main Street. A $10 donation is requested from each group or church participating, which are asked to collect canned goods and fruits to give to those in need.
