A Service of Prayer for Holiday Blues will be held Wednesday, Dec. 17, at 7 p.m. at Triumphant Cross Lutheran Church, 2643 Murphy Mill Road, Dothan. The service will address the sadness many people feel during the holiday season due to personal losses, the death of loved ones, economic uncertainties and other causes. Participants may request prayer for individual griefs or concerns. The service will include Holy Communion. The community is invited. DivorceCare: Surviving the Holidays will be held at Calvary Baptist Church in Dothan on Wednesday, Dec. 17, from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. in the church’s Recreation Outreach Center, room 308.
