Daleville man charged second time with sexual abuse

i have read the comments left by others. yet i am sadden to read them,  you people know only what you have read in the paper or seen on the news but you have never thought of any of this being untrue have you i can tell you both charges pending of ashley are not true he is innoscent on them both.  i can also tell you that the 3 yr old child that he is acused of now is false because i am the mother i am also going throw a costudy battle with my ex husband right now and none of these charges came up until i started fighting for my daughter. i have been saying that their is something wrong with my daughter for about 2 yrs no one would listen to me.(just so you know ashley was in prison at the time) so you read the artical think about what i have said because it is simple minded people that allow this kind of think to happen to good people.  have any of you wondered if this is true do any of you know the facts behind the news report no you dont you just know what you saw on the new or read it the paper.( so what does that say about you) also im the one who got him out on bond.  I DONT BELIVE THE CHARGES AND I AM THE ONE LIVING THEM WITH HIM RIGHT NOW. I HAVE KNOWN THE MAN FOR 17YRS.  HE IS THE MOST WONDERFUL CARING PERSON YOU WILL EVER MEET NOT WHAT YOU PEOPLE ARE TRYING TO MAKE HIM OUT TO BE. I will pray for everyone of you may GOD forgive you for saying those things for you no not what you do.

i am so outraged i’m literally sick to my stomach. how can people do this to our little precious babies. i bet if i went out and killed this man for what he did they wouldn’t have no problem putting me away for life even though the sick b-st-rd deserves to die. this kind of thing is happening more than we know. always be aware of who your neighbors are. if someone new moves into your neighborhood, make it a priority to know who they are. it’s a crying shame that things like this happen to our innocent babies. i say we tie the sicko with his hands above his head with not a stitch of clothing, tie his feet together, bend him over and ram a light pole up his tail pipe repeatedly. he would wish he was dead. there needs to be strickter laws agaist sex predators. they shouldn’t be allowed to bond out if it’s just their first offense or not. if they sick enough to do it once they definitely won’t have a problem doing it again. i hope he gets BIG BURT for a cell mate. the sick b-st-ard.

I agree with BusyMom—why did it suddenly become a priority after the second allegation?  It wasn’t so important before?

What was this fool doing out on bail?  Sex offenders are at the bottom of the prison food-chain.  Hopefully he’ll end up there.  Unfortunately those that let him out won’t.

What I would,,what needs to be done, is take this sicko strip him,stake him out spread eagle next to a fire ant bed,,and poor some molasses on his genetals!!!

So it says that now that he’s been arrested the 2nd time,this is a priority for Dale County police system. “Once the new allegations surfaced, the Dale County Sheriff’s Office made this case a priority,” ...why did it take two children being raped to make this a priority?? Whomever signed off to allow that monster back on the streets after the first baby was raped should be held accountable as well.
This guy should be hung up by his toe nails and beaten to death—our current system is way to easy on sex offenders and if this were my 3 year old he would definitely look at jail as a blessing, though it’s doubtful he’d make it there. It is an OUTRAGE that he was allowed back on the streets to hurt yet another child, what in the world are you guys thinking??
