Dothan man facing sex abuse charges

A Dothan man has been charged with three counts of sexual abuse involving a female under the age of 12.
According to information from Dothan police, Christopher Dewayne Carroll, 28, of Fortner Street, is charged with three counts of first-degree sexual abuse following an investigation into alleged inappropriate sexual contact with a female.
Carroll is being held on $90,000 bond at the Dothan City Jail and will later be transferred to the Houston County Jail.

The sad truth here is that this man in a position of power and authority knew exactally what he was doing. He did specialize in sexual abuse afterall. The girls that were intrusted to his care were once again victimized by yet another man trying to control them. As for the mother who thinks he has got a bad rap, Wake up.. Don’t think that a college educated doctor of psycology couldn’t fool you too.
