Enterprise police charge 29-year-old with assault in stabbing
Enterprise police investigators arrested a 29-year-old on felony charges after he allegedly stabbed someone during the early morning hours of Tuesday, said police Capt. Mike Lolley.
Ricky Sutton has been charged with felony second-degree assault, felony third-degree escape and misdemeanor disorderly conduct. He’s being held without bond at the Coffee County Jail without bond.
Sutton was charged with escape after ran from the emergency room at an area hospital.
“He got out of the hospital, but we caught him across the street,” said Lolley.
