Authorities in Enterprise arrested Jackson County, Fla., murder suspect Toriano Decoryell “Corey” Grant on Monday.
The Marianna, Fla., man is the fourth and final suspect in the beating death of 75-year-old Cottondale, Fla., resident Alfred Delk last month. A warrant was issued for Grant’s arrest last week.
Grant was found hiding in the attic of an unoccupied dwelling, according to Capt. Michael J. Lolley of the Enterprise Police Department.
Authorities also said a woman identified as Grant’s girlfriend, Trina Bellamy, was found in the attic and arrested with Grant. Her arrest was not in connection with the Delk case.
According to officials, Bellamy initially gave Enterprise police a false name. When they learned who she was, they also discovered she was wanted in Jackson County on a misdemeanor charge.
Jackson County records show there is a warrant for her arrest on a misdemeanor charge of affray.
Both Grant and Bellamy were scheduled for initial appearances and an extradition hearing in Enterprise before District Judge Paul Sherling. The hearing is Tuesday at 3:30 p.m.
Lolley said an anonymous tipster helped them find Grant. Florida authorities had notified Enterprise that Grant could be in the area, Lolley said, and the tip came in as his officers were searching for him. It took Enterprise police about 45 minutes to “talk him out” without resistance, and he was not armed, Lolley said.
Cottondale Police Chief William Watford announced the arrest of the other three suspects on Sept. 17, two days after Delk was attacked, but before he died. They were charged with attempted murder and robbery, and their charges may soon be upgraded as the State Attorney’s office reviews the case.
Delk died on Sept. 24. An autopsy indicated he died of head injuries sustained during the attack. He was attacked outside his residence on Sept. 15 as he got out of his vehicle. He was severely beaten and his wallet was taken. Delk tried to go inside his home for help, but couldn’t find his keys. He then blew his car horn until a neighbor awoke and found him slumped over the steering wheel.
The other suspects in the case, all of Marianna, are Joshua Pullum, 22, Willie Lloyd III, 23, and Kendrick Brown, 20.

These are some bad hombres. It only took four of them to beat an old man to death. Give em their trial then string em up. A public exectuion would be nice.
