Hartford man faces felony theft charge
Hartford police investigators recently arrested a 46-year-old man and charged him with felony theft of various auto parts and money.
Investigator Kristin Atwell of the Hartford Police Department said she charged Roy Allen Peacock with second-degree theft of property by deception.
