Troy duo charged with store robbery
Troy police recently arrested two men on charges they robbed a convenience store at gunpoint earlier this week.
According to a press release from the Troy Police Department, investigators arrested Rosiner Woods, 20, and Davaries Townsend, 28, both of Troy, and charged them each with felony first-degree robbery.
They were charged with robbing the Beeline store on U.S. 231 near Sanders Road around 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday. According to the statement both men were arrested shortly after the robbery during a traffic stop.
Both men were being held at the Pike County Jail on a $50,000 bond.
