Congratulations to all those Graduates, but Troy should observe Sunday as the Lords Day, they have six days a week to give out diplomas and they pick a Sunday to keep people out of their local church?  C’mon Troy get it together.  For many of these Christians you make them choose between celebrating with their families the completion of a College Degree and Honoring their Lord and Savior on that Sunday.  Shameful to say the least.  I guess we have no one at the planning or Chancellor’s level that thought this may not be right?  Chancellor Jack Hawkins, Jr., Ph.D. you should know better than to plan this on a Sunday.  As an Alumnus I am very displeased with the college.  If you feel that this should have been planned on another Day other than Sunday let the Chancellor know at: Jack Hawkins, Jr., Ph.D., Office of the Chancellor, 216 Adams Administration Building, Troy, AL 36082, Phone: (334) 670-3200
