East Main Street downtown to be closed Saturday
Beginning early Saturday morning and continuing until later that afternoon, a section of East Main Street downtown between Foster Street and St. Andrews Street will be limited to only two lanes of travel for the eastbound and westbound traffic.
These lane closures are required to allow the City of Dothan to perform demolition work at 153 E. Main St. This property is one of the buildings purchased by the Downtown Dothan Redevelopment Authority and will part of a larger parking lot for downtown.
Motorists are asked to use extreme caution or avoid this area if possible.
