Dothan and Ozark Police briefs
Staff reportsThe following people were arrested by the Dothan Police Department and charged with a felony crime. They have not been convicted. Information has been provided by the Dothan Police Department.
March 14 — Emmanuel Quiten Hooks, 24, of Daleville; second-degree possession of a forged instrument.
March 14 — Anthony Newby, 21, of Hamilton Street; first-degree assault.
March 14 — Christopher McKinney, 18, of Columbia Highway; first-degree possession of marijuana.
March 14 — Joseph Wayne Miller, 32, of Columbia Highway; two counts of chemical endangerment of a child and a single count of obstruct a felony.
March 16 — Dennid Wayne McLaney, 53, of Hartford; unlawful possession of a controlled substance.
March 16 — Nancy Henderson Lindsey, 59, of East Cottonwood Road; first-degree criminal mischief.
March 17 — Shakirah Dechele Hudspeth, 21, of South Ussery Street; three counts of chemical endangerment of a child.
March 17 — Derrick Cornelius Rhodes, 29, of East Spring Street; three counts of chemical endangerment of a child.
The following people were arrested by the Dothan Police Department and charged with driving under the influence. They have not been convicted. Information has been provided by the Dothan Police Department.
March 15 — William Earl Burke, 56, of Newville; Ciara Nichole Morales, 20, of Ozark; Latisha Yvette Moore, 30, of Donalsonville, Ga.; Tonya Nichols Flowers, 47, of Tazwell Court.
March 16 — James Wesley Arnold, 26, of Slocomb.
The Ozark Police Department charged the following people between Friday, March 14, and Monday, March 17, with driving under the influence:
Hernandez Bolden, 37, of Pecan Street in Ozark.
Preston Hunley, 19, of Spinel Street in Lafayette, Ind.
Anthony Morris, 45, of Mayfair Street in Dothan.
