Enterprise Police Captain Mike Lolley said 12 BamaJam festival goers have been treated for dehydration due to high temperatures as of Friday afternoon. He also said two arrests have been made so far, both for underage consumption of alcohol.
Lolley said 11 people were treated on site Thursday, with one being transported to Medical Center Enterprise. He said one more heat victim was transported to MCE Friday afternoon.
Event organizers have said guests can bring a water bottle to the festival, where they will be filled at no charge all through the three-day event.
