The Dothan-Houston County Emergency Management Agency will be conducting the monthly test of the Community Outdoor Warning System on Friday at noon.
The sirens will sound for three minutes.

It’s great to see the county regularly testing it’s emergency alarm. Emergency notification is really a crucial piece of any municipality’s emergency planning and response plan. Mass notification systems are vital in case people need to be notified quickly and easily. A siren alarm is also a good idea, and an emergency alert service that contacts people through phone and email would really complement the system. Thanks!
