Legal battle results in new Country Crossing hearing next week
A flurry of legal activity on Monday related to Country Crossing’s electronic bingo pavilion resulted in the postponement of a scheduled Tuesday hearing, a new temporary restraining order and the recusal of the judge who signed the initial search warrant authorizing a raid on the development.
