A Cottonwood man published in the Tuesday edition of the Dothan Eagle as being arrested by the Dothan Police Department for driving under the influence on March 21, was not cited for the violation. According to police, Edward Russell Pierson was serving time for a prior DUI charge over the weekend, but Dothan City Jail documents did not show he was serving time.
Man critically injured after struck by his own car
