Two votes to one

» 5 Comments | Post a Comment

I think the American public is tired of Sen. Barack Obama and Sen. Joe Biden making snide remarks about “eight more years of the same.”

They were U.S. senators the past eight years just like Sen. John McCain. The only difference was they had two votes and Sen. McCain only had one.

The next time they bring the issue up, they need to be made aware of this fact. I hope Sen. McCain and Gov. Palin get over the lock jaw and make the American public aware of the true facts.

I blame both parties for the financial mess.  Had they kept us in sound money instead of a debtor society (FED), had they not stuck their noses in to Chrysler back in the 80’s (even though Chrysler paid their debt) and had the supreme court ruled then that such intervention was unconstitutional, these mismanaged banks would have had to face bankruptcy-reorganized and had to survive through that.  But it all goes back to the FED, if they had left the COINING of money in the Government’s hands instead of a Private bank that charges a fee for the money it prints we would not have the 16th amendment.  Without that, Obama and McCain would have not tax cuts to worry about.  But they do and they pander to you offering tax cuts.  Then they want to restrict your 2nd amendment rights in case you wise up.  By the way read the 2nd amendment, there is no mention of sport or hunting but there is mention of a well regulated militia!

Yes, for the first six years the Republicans did have the majority in the Senate.  However, if you will do a little research, you will find that all the bad economic news happened since the Democrats took over.

The Republican party will never outlaw abortion because doing so would cause the welfare rolls to skyrocket. Think about it.

Interesting mathematics, one plus one equals two to one. However, one plus one is only two. McCain had one plus fifty for the previous six years of the Bush administration. That is called a majority.

NOBAMA!
“.....make the American public aware of the true facts.“
Barack Hussein Obama was elected to the US Senate in 2004.  The Republicans controlled the HOUSE, SENATE and WHITE HOUSE from 2000-2006,  how pro life is McCain, if they did nothing with it over 6 years?
