Wasted aid funds

I am confused. We watched as Israel destroyed Gaza in the hunt for Hamas and now that it has been a couple of weeks since the last bombing, we are sending a $1 billion to help rebuild Gaza. Oh, and by the way, we are assured that none of this money is going towards helping Hamas.

Get real! Where do you think Hamas was hiding? Who do you think Hamas used as shields from Israeli rockets? Just who do you think will actually benefit from all this aid money that we seem to have?

Where is it written that we have to pay to clean up the mess from Israel’s and Palestine’s never-ending fight? Do you know what the definition of insanity is? Doing the same thing over and over yet expecting a different outcome.

At a time when families are losing jobs, homes and all hope, isn’t it time to stop the insanity?
