The disease ushers in a progressive downward spiral that takes the loved from his or her family a little bit each day. Ms. Casey is chairing the 16th Annual &#8220;A Walk to Remember,&#8221; an event sponsored by the Alzheimer&#8217;s Resource Center that will take place Saturday, October 4, at Westgate Park in Dothan. And she&#8217;s doing so for personal reasons.
