Flood warning continues until Friday afternoon for the Chattahoochee River at W.F. George Lock & Dam in Columbia. At 8:15 this morning, the river was at 135.1 feet. Minor flooding is occurring and is forecast to continue. Flood stage is 134 feet.

Several county roads are closed due to bridge replacement projects. These replacements have nothing to do with closures due to flood waters from last weekend’s storm.
