Dothan American beat Cottonwood 19-0 to win the sub-region ponytails tournament in Rehobeth on Monday.
Dothan American went 5-0 in the tourney and advances to the district tournament in Ozark, which begins on Thursday.

Ozark remained undefeated at the Sub-District Dixie Boys 14-and-under tournament Monday, downing host Abbeville 10-5.
Tyler Cobb was the winning pitcher and Dylan Holt earned a save.
Cobb also led the offense, going 3-for-5 with a double. Marshall Lane, Kole Casey, Tank Keys and Holt all went 2-for-4 with Lane earning a double among his hits. Javarie Gissendanner was 1-for-1, earning a double.
Ozark plays in the sub-district title round tonight against Ashford.
