HERE is a story I wrote on the promo videos that Micah Grimes produced. You’ve seen them all, but see them again. I posted them inside that story.

Also, Sherrod Martin signed his first contract with the Panthers Friday. Interesting to note that his agent, Hadley Englehard, also represents Leodis McKelvin.

There are quite a few Trojans still hanging around camps from last year’s team. Along with Martin, three other free agents are still on rosters. Trevor Ford has a chance with the Green Bay Packers, Steve McLendon is with the Pittsburgh Steelers and Dion Gales is with the Kansas City Chiefs. From 2007, Gary Banks is still with the San Diego Chargers and Elbert Mack should be the Tampa Bay Bucs’ nickelback.

Not sure how many of those guys will stick and make the final 53-man roster, but they should get considerable action during NFL preseason games, which start next weekend. HERE is a week-by-week NFL Preseason schedule.
