OZARK - Wallace-Hanceville scored four runs in the top of the ninth to break a 10-10 tie and held on to win 14-10 over Southern Union late Thursday night in the ACCC state baseball tournament.

OZARK—An error during run down turned out to be the difference in the ball game won by Southern Union over Central Alabama in an elimination game Thursday in the ACCC state tournament at Eagle Stadium.
OZARK—The Central Alabama Trojans jumped on top of the Chattahoochee Valley Pirates early and then just kept on scoring. The Pirates made it a game for a half-inning, but in the end the Trojans were just too much as Central cruised to a 9-4 win.

Enterprise State Community College received notification this morning that due to an administrative reporting deficiency, the ESCC Men’s baseball team has become ineligible for the upcoming ACCC (Alabama Community College Conference) Tournament which begins Saturday in Ozark and the winning season for the Weevils has turned to one of loses.

ZARK—For five innings, LBW Saint pitcher Raymond Moody completely dominated the Wallace Govs in the first game of a doubleheader Saturday. In fact, Moody didn’t give up a hit until the sixth inning. He didn’t allow a base runner until the fifth.
