Four killed in Jackson County Florida car crash

Four Florida residents killed Saturday morning during a two-vehicle crash on Interstate 10 in Jackson County Florida.

According to a Florida State Highway Patrol press release all four people that died traveled in a 2000 Nissan Sentra, and were from the Defuniak Springs, Fla., area. The driver and three passengers of the Nissan died in the crash. Their identities, and ages have not been released.

The state trooper report identified Zebulon Sims, 22, of Blountstown, Fla., as the driver of the second vehicle in the crash. The report said Sims suffered serious injuries in the crash and was taken to Tallahassee Memorial Hospital. Sims was driving a 2002 Chevrolet pickup truck at the time of the crash around 6:25 a.m. near the 142 mile marker of I-10.
