On a recent trip to a Dothan Wal-Mart, I noticed a couple of machines flashing red lights inside the store. It seems that if one puts money in a slot on these machines, they may win a prize.
How is this different from bingo machines? Are they not the same?
Shouldn’t Gov. Bob Riley and his gaming czar come and raid Wal-Mart and shut them down for having gaming machines in the store?
